    I have been working with Ola since 2022. When we started, I had advanced arthritis in my right hip joint and was scheduled for hip replacement surgery. I could barely walk to the end of my driveway at the time, but being an active person, I still really needed exercise and movement over the 6 months before surgery. Ola created a strength training program with modifications that supported my mobility — it was very doable, appropriately challenging, and kept me as fit as I could be given the circumstances.

    At three months post-op, I got back into training full-on and have felt the benefit of continuous progress and measurable strength gain with 2x/week workouts plus stretching and mobility “homework” exercises.
