Ola is a strength-based personal trainer, mobility specialist & amateur cyclist based in Downtown Toronto East (Corktown / Canary District / Leslievile).
Her specialty is evidence-based training designed to simplify fitness and make it less intimidating & more sustainable. With a focus on strength training and joint mobility, she helps clients achieve goals like:

A designated area ("Lane") for our session features a squat rack, cable machine, various weights, & props, ensuring 0 equipment wait times.

The Process

Step #1: Discovery Call
After learning more about your story, past experiences, and current goals, I will propose several options to support you on your fitness journey.

Step #2: Intro session & Onboarding
During the intro sessions, I will conduct a movement assessment to tailor the program to your unique body and help establish the structure of our work together.
In the same week, I’ll ask you to complete specific benchmarking tasks aligned with your goals, along with a food log to kickstart the nutrition aspect.

Step #3: Getting sh%!t done
We train hard, stay consistent, build new habits, and overcome hurdles together.

We track the metrics that matter and surpass your goals.
I have been working with Ola for over a year now and am so happy with my progress under her direction. Although I have been lifting weights for many years, I hadn't made real progress against my goals.

I have been working with Ola since 2022. When we started, I had advanced arthritis in my right hip joint and was scheduled for hip replacement surgery. I could barely walk to the end of my driveway at the time, but being an active person, I still really needed exercise and movement over the 6 months before surgery. Ola created a strength training program with modifications that supported my mobility — it was very doable, appropriately challenging, and kept me as fit as I could be given the circumstances.
At three months post-op, I got back into training full-on and have felt the benefit of continuous progress and measurable strength gain with 2x/week workouts plus stretching and mobility “homework” exercises. This is followed by a personalized prescription of lifestyle and nutrition habits that:

I provide habit prescriptions along with helpful resources via the Everfit app, and ask that you mark off completed habits at the end of each day for accountability. We review and adjust these habits every 4-6 weeks, making additions and modifications based on your progress.
Please note that I outsource macro/calorie coaching to MacroFactor, a state-of-the-art, AI-powered app that offers personalized macro and calorie prescriptions, adjusting targets automatically based on your rate of progress.
Absolutely not. I have trained dozens of beginners and consider it one of the most rewarding experiences as a trainer to watch them achieve their fitness goals and accomplish things they never thought possible. I will personalize the program to suit your current fitness level and help you progress.
In-person training is a premium service, costing between $190 and $270 per week. Having a coach to guide and push you during sessions is one of the best ways to achieve your fitness goals, but it’s not the only way.
If you’re not ready to invest in in-person training, I offer online and hybrid options that provide the tools and accountability you need at a lower price point.
I train individuals ranging from total beginners to intermediate trainees who want to advance their knowledge in strength and mobility training. What matters most is not your current training level, but your desire to improve by 1% every day and your willingness to stay open-minded.
