    Ola Tsev is a Strength Coach, and a Founder of Intent Small Group Training Program.

    She helps her clients turn training into a sustainable, high-impact practice that supports performance across every area of life.

    Ola’s athletic journey began in rhythmic gymnastics, and though her early experiences with movement included challenges such as an eating disorder, she discovered empowerment through strength training.

    Today, she blends her experience with an evidence-based approach to help clients feel stronger, more mobile, powerful, and ready to take on day-to-day challenges with more confidence.

    Coach
    Camila Dechichi is a Strength & Triathlon Coach specializing in strength training for beginners and triathlon athletes, with a focus on building performance and supporting overall well-being.

    She began her athletic journey in swimming in her hometown of Florianópolis, Brazil, and later pursued a nursing degree in Canada while continuing to train and compete.

    Blending her background in healthcare as a Registered Nurse with certifications in personal training, swimming, triathlon, and nutrition, Camila brings a thoughtful, compassionate approach—using strength training as a foundation for both performance and long-term health.
