Ola’s athletic journey began in rhythmic gymnastics, and though her early experiences with movement included challenges such as an eating disorder, she discovered empowerment through strength training.
Today, she blends her experience with an evidence-based approach to help clients feel stronger, more mobile, powerful, and ready to take on day-to-day challenges with more confidence.
